Override or delete function is not working

Ok, I saw that you are saving files to that place (uploads/download-manager-files) but why I can’t override the same file with the same name, it’s creating a new file with a different name.

If cannot override then it should be deleted from the server when we press the Delete button. So we can upload the same name file.
