    Hi @lcwduk please ensure you:

    1. Set wholesale price for the product
    2. Create a wholesale user and login using this user when testing (viewing as admin will not show the wholesale price on the front end)
    3. Follow the getting started guide:
    https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/kb/woocommerce-wholesale-prices-free-plugin-getting-started-guide/
    4. If it’s still not working please try a basic debug, switch to TwentyTwentyTwo theme (or other WP core theme), disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin.

Leaving a 1-star isn’t cool if you didn’t provide any opportunity to the developers to help you or any information about what you’ve tried. Would be great if you can circle back to adjust your rating once you try the above.

Thanks and we’re happy to help get you up and running.

Hey Barry, thanks for the reply, great to hear you have it showing ??

Hide Retail Price setting will hide the retail price from logged in wholesale users.

If you’re looking to hide the price and add to cart (as in make the site like a brochure site until they’re logged in) you could do this with the Hide Add To Cart and Price setting.

For this “i saw it doesnt put add to cart if i dont add a regular price”… yes this is a common road block. WooCommerce requires the regular price to be set (even if you’re not showing it) to make the product “purchasable” in their system.

What I would suggest is to use the Hide Add To Cart and Price setting so that no add to cart or price shows for guests and force wholesale customers to login. They’re going to need to login anyway to see the wholesale price as the wholesale price is dependent on the user’s role. This is important if you have multiple wholesale roles with different tiered pricing (you can do this in Premium but the same applies for free plugin, there’s just one user role “Wholesale Customer”).

I hope this helps give some direction!

Any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
