form crashes in submission

    hello,
    we have noticed that when we try to register a new user from the contact form, when we press on the submit button it crashes and the submission is not done: what is the reason and how to solve it?

    It seems that there is a conflict between the plugin. Could you please refer to this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ and follow the instruction kindly? This will let you know the cause of the error.

    Sounds exactly like what’s happening to me. Have rolled back to previous version of user registration and is ok now

    Hi @dihetherington,

    We have tested on the wilky76 site and found it suspicious, so we have suggested the conflict test. If you face the same issue, we recommend you update the latest version and try the conflict test on your site. By default, the user registration plugin does not have mentioned issue.

    I will try that, I think it is due to recapcha however it is clearly a new conflict introduced in the latest update.
