404 error

    Hello!
    I always get 404 error – page not found, when trying to add a subaccount through a user’s “my account” page (/my-account/add-subaccount/). I have saved permalinks again but it doesn’t work. I can’t try the plugin if I can’t get any further. Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi Andrea,

    could you please try to update the WordPress permalink settings by going to:

    Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and clicking Save Changes.

    No need to change any permalink settings, just click “Save changes” and try to see if everything works as expected.

    Sorry, I just saw that you have already tried to update the permalink settings with no luck.

    A new version of the plugin has been released (v1.1.0), could you please try to update and see if that solves the issue?
