    Hi, thanks for this great plugin.
    I have been using Sticky Video for a long time and, since the update to 5.3 it works, but the audio is always on and I want to mute the audio.
    I have to downgrade version 5.2.4 and it works fine.
    Any help or ideas?

    Thanks for pointing this out. I have checked the webpage URL but couldn’t get any Sticky Video widget there. It would be helpful if you please share the webpage URL where you used this widget. So that I can check this more closely and replicate the same issue to fix this asap.

    We have used it here:

    It’s just one example, but we are using the 2.4 version.
    When I update to 2.5 (I tried with the three updates), I can create the section and it looks fine, but the video plays with sound every time the post is loaded and it’s a little… uncomfortable for readers.

    We have fixed this issue in a DEV Version. I request you to download and install it to check the fixing. You can download it from here and Let me know how it goes. Hopefully, we will merge this fixing with the main version soon. I will let you know the update when we will do the release.

    First of all, thank you very much for helping.
    Unfortunately, I have tried the developed version and it didn’t work, at least in my site.
    Sorry to say that.
    I will re-test it later, but it’s the same: no mute.

    I assume that you are using a caching plugin. Can you please use the DEV Version again? Then try to regenerate assets, you can go to WordPress Dashboard -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

    Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from WordPress Dashboard -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

    Finally, clear all your caches if you’re using any caching plugin. I hope it will be fixed by doing this. Let me know how it goes.

    Well, I tried it with no luck. Sorry.
    Clean all caches (Nginx, Cloudflare, rocket…) I have disabled them…
    I have cleaned assets and regenerate everything in elementor.

    Actually, I got this issue fixed in the DEV Version & couldn’t reproduce this issue again. So If you please share your Site Info then I will give it another try. Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard. Then paste it into a text file and share it with us.

    Sorry for taking this time. We are still working on this issue. I have already informed you that I got it fixed with the DEV Version, But you couldn’t get it fixed. Now I am trying to replicate it following your website info. I will let you know the update soon when it will be done.
