Displaying the Exhibit (1.1d2) admin interface on a WP [1.5] Edit Page

In WordPress 1.5, on the Edit Page Control Panel page, the Exhibit (1.1d?- see note here on version) admin interface isn’t displayed in the lower middle of the page as on the edit posts page, but below the footer information at the very bottom of the page underneath the “Get firefox” minibanner.

Any ideas for how I can get Exhibit to display within the confines of the active area of the control panel page?
