Exclude admin bar

Hi,
I just found out that in the database there are all strings that appeared in the admin bar. The main problem is that we use Query monitor and there A LOT of strings that have been pulled into DB. So I have 2 questions:
1. How to exclude strings from the admin bar to be added to the database?
I’ve tried in advanced settings Exclude selectors from translation, strings are still pulled into wp_trp_dictionary_en_us_cs_cz and wp_trp_original_strings
2. How to remove all those unwanted translations? I think if I could remove all strings that have no translation it would solve this part of the problem.
