• Hey all, I’m working on a wordpress 3.0 install and am getting a lot of “CGI Error: The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.”

I get this when trying to view:

    – author pages
    – category pages
    – RSS feeds
    – pages

I can pretty just use wp-admin and see the homepage and posts.

    What I’ve tried:

    – doing the wp-db.php change (https://wordpress.pastebin.ca/924003?srch=cgi+error)
    – disable all plugins
    – change themes to WP’s Twenty-Ten
    – reinstall WordPress using auto-reinstaller
    – replace files in wp-admin, wp-includes and the main directory of wp
    – clearing browser’s chache, cookies, etc.

    I’m 100% stumped.

I’ve also tried changing permalinks. For some reason, all three of the “pretty permalinks” options have index.php in theme…is that causing the problem?

I’ve tried to change the permalinks to not include index.php in the custom structure, then it breaks everything but the homepage…

I also just upgraded to WordPress 3.0.1 that was just released…nothing changed in regards to my problem…

Does anyone have an explanation of why this is happening??????
