banner disappears with scroll

    Hi, I just installed the plugin and pretty sure I have it set to only go away with “ACCEPT” click but it goes away before the click. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

    Greetings. We’re delighted to assist you!

    The plugin banner will automatically hide after a delay if the setting Auto-hide(Accept) cookie bar after delay? is enabled. Please verify that this option is marked “Yes” in GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > General. In that case, modify it to “No” to disable the feature.
