    i wold like to open a new site that will offer a personal blog for each user
    so i asking for help
    i need to know what to add to the wordpress
    + i want to offer for each new register user to have a personal blog
    and to allow him to manage the blog ( personalize )
    as background and more
    but the user cant override my configure

    Please help
