    Dear WP Optimize,
    I am using this plugin to clean my files as well as to reduce the size of my HTML. However, the first time I enabled it, the size of the HTML was reduced immediately. 1)However, I did a Site Scan a few days later with Bing Webmaster Tools and the same size returned.
    2)I have also noticed that each time I log into my website, I have to repeatedly go to the dashboard and purge minified files before I can access the front-end of the site.

    What do I have to do to solve these problems?
    Please note that I am not a Developer nor do I have any technical expertise regarding website building. Therefore, I would appreciate your assistance as to how I can resolve these problems safely for my website.

  • @josieann2022dbj Could you please try to purge the cache and then try to Preload the urls from WP-Optimize > Cache > Preload and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    Hello Harshad,
    I’ve tried to disable and enable Minify but the same issue, ‘HTML is too long’ still appears after sannning the site. I have read your email which includes the following information:
    ‘Preload the urls from WP-Optimize > Cache > Preload.

    Please note that I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS ‘&gt’. Kindly explain in simple terms because I AM NOT A DEVELOPER.

    Additionally, the FIRST TIME that I enabled Minify, the HTML had reduced from 38 to 3.
    Why has this problem re-occurred?????

    @josieann2022dbj Have you performed a conflict test yet?

    Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

    If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

    Please let us know your findings.
