Conflict with WP Delicious Recipes

    When I have Yoast SEO activated, it crashes the Recipe Settings for an individual recipe in WP Delicious Recipes. When I deactivate Yoast, there is no problem with the Recipe Settings. It may be a conflict with the metaboxes? Please advise.

    I understand you are having issues using our Yoast SEO together with WP Delicious Recipes. Let’s see what is going on.

    When you say “crashes the recipe settings”, can you elaborate a bit more on what happens? Do you see the fields but can’t enter things, or can’t see the input fields? If possible, please share some screenshots so we can understand your experience better. You can share a screenshot using a service like Snipboard.

    Just to note, I installed the latest WP Delicious Recipes on a local site together with our latest Yoast SEO 19.7.1 – I had no issues opening the draft “The Best Instant Pot French Toast recipe (vegan & Gluten Free!)” that the plugin created, I can edit the recipe and fields, both in Yoast SEO and in the recipe fields.

    You might want to check if you also experience the same issue(s) when only the Yoast SEO and WP Delicious Recipes plugins are active. You can do so with the Health Check troubleshooting mode: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/
