1 year old coupon applied even there’s expiration date mentioned

    Hello There,

    On one of my client’s site, 1 order was placed last night with 1 year old coupon which was expired on 2022-07-31.
    I don’t understand how and why it was applied even after expiration date was mentioned on coupon.

    Please can anybody help me to understand this? how it could even possible?

    Are you using the core coupon functionality, or are you using a plugin?

    To check further, could you please share a screenshot of the redeemed coupon settings? You can find this under Marketing → Coupons, select the coupon, and then share a screenshot of the Coupon data tabs. You can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    @judagutor Thanks for the response.

    I’ve checked that coupon was repeated several times and the most recent code was never expired and i think that’s the reason it got applied.
