Read More Link Not Crawlable

`Hi there,
Search console is reporting (and lighthouse report) that links on the page are not crawlable and on trying to narrow this down it comes down to:
<a href="" class="ti-read-more">which is being added by the plugin.
Currently 10 reviews show 10 of these links. As they cannot be actually clicked on (to take you to google places review page) from what I can tell they are redundant and actually can negatively impact a page.
Can these be removed so that search console stops complaining about them please? love the plugin and would be disappointing to have to remove it from the sites we have implemented it on…
