Overall pretty good!

Overall, this product is very good. I do think the UI/UX could be improved upon, but perhaps there are methods to their madness and it works for other businesses. It looks like it’s definitely gearing up to be a full-fledged CRM and I’m really only using to allow my admins to send emails to their users. There is definitely a need to have a built in drag and drop form builder because all the steps required to hook a form plugin’s form into this is a bit cumbersome. Again, perhaps a better UI/UX could solve this.
