AMP page not shown on mobile

I installed AMP and used the wizard to set it up.
I choose Reader template and legacy theme.
I read “Site scan found no issues on your site. Browse your site to ensure everything is working as expected.”
And when I click on “Browse site” within AMP setting page I can see correctly the AMP version of my site.
When I exit the AMP setting and try to browse my site using a mobile phone I see the desktop and not the AMP version. Why?
Should I delete cache?
Should I wait?
