• The above is an example of a album that stopped showing images.

This has happened multiple times before but to resolve the issue we just uploaded a backup of the site before GMedia broke. We don’t want to roll back to a previous backup now because we have done a lot of other work that will be lost if we do this.

I have updated to the latest module version, cleared browser cache, turned off lazy loading but nothing has solved this issue.

Any guidance on what else I can try would be greatly appreciated.

Gmedia will not work if you have some plugins which “optimize” JS files or move inline JS code to a separate place. These optimizers broke the gallery code and Gmedia stop working.

Thanks for your reply but you answer doesn’t really make any sense given what I describe. The gallery works fine when we roll back to an earlier version of the site – this earlier version still uses SG Optimizer which minifies and combines JS.

Also, if it were minification and combination of JS causing this issue why is it that this gallery is working (https://www.allstarplastics.com.au/portfolio/14194/) while the rest are not working?

Notwithstanding the above, I have excluded the file /plugins/grand-media/assets/gmedia.global.front.js from minification and combination and yet still the problem persists.
