    Hello Developers,

    We’re having issues testing updates to the Podcast Player and Podcast Player Pro plugins.

    The free Podcast Player plugin updates and functions correctly when updated. However, with the Pro plugin installed and activated, we are no longer able to visit or interact with the Podcast Player settings or interface from our CMS.

    Attempting to use the settings will result in an HTTP 500 error that states “This page isn’t working. Previewum.wpengine.com is currently unable to handle this request.”

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for using podcast player.

    This is a podcast player pro specific query. We are not allowed to discuss pro plugin on this free forum. This is also not correct to do this.

    Since you have already contacted us over email. Let us resolve it there. I have sent you an email.
