I am trying to hide the sub-menu that appears in the user dashboard with Tutor LMS Pro when in a mobile view. Want to do this via CSS please.

Thank you for sharing screenshot. You can apply the following CSS from WP admin dashboard > appearance > customize > additional CSS to hide mobile menu

.tutor-dashboard #tutor-dashboard-footer-mobile {
    display: none;
}

Remember to clear cache afterwards so the changes reflect on the frontend.

.tutor-dashboard #tutor-dashboard-footer-mobile { display: none; }

How can I display the menu items in the page when I hide the footer menu with the above code.

If you hide the footer menu using CSS then you will not see any menu. So it’s better to not use the CSS.
