Placing Same Ad Code on Different Places Not Working

  • Hi, i have latest wordpress with sahifa wordpress theme on my website, im trying to place one Ad 300×250 on different places of my website but when i do that Ad only shows at one place, i have tried many plugins like ad ace, quick adsense plugin.
    what i need to do please help.
