Slow checkout speed after hitting submit order

    Hello community,

    My checkout process is very slow (takes 6-10 seconds) after hitting submit order on the checkout page.

    Is there any way to speed this up?

    I noticed after the recent wordpress upgrade, it slowed down.

    Is there any kind of code I can use on my site to speed up the processing time?

    Depending on your server, processing a transaction should normally take around 10 seconds or less.

    Since the checkout process is slow on your website, as the first step, I would suggest trying the suggestions mentioned in this documentation: Troubleshooting a Slow Site
