    Try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 2.9) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

    Ive switched to the default theme.. and only one comment box shows. That is great, but I dont want to use the default theme. So how do I fix my Black hat theme with only one comment box? Also the name, email input fields are missing.

    also looks like it isn’t compatible with 3.0

    yikes is right..Ive been struggling with this for a couple months now..no resolve.

    Somehow I deleted some code and I got it down to only 2 comment boxes now. So just need to get rid of one more. The code was in the header.php

    yeah 3 weeks now no reply, forgotten..anyways still have 2 comments showing.
