Change Color of Work Area

Hi all,

I know with the Users > Profile section you can change the color scheme for your admin account. However this seems to have no effect on 90% of the screen (the Work Area).

Is there a way to change the background color of it? I even went as far as turning off all of my plugins to make sure it wasn’t a plugin causing the issue.
