Seeking plugin for warranty returns (NOT Woocommerce)

  • Looking for a solution for warranty returns, products not purchased on the site. Something with a form that is then tracked by an admin (approve/deny) then the user is sent an email with return authorization, as well as notified of their return status. I haven’t been able to find anything like this already existing.

  • This is your customized requirement, I don’t think such type of plugin exist in WordPress plugin repository.

    You can create such plugin with the help of a Plugin developer.
