Hello, I got this error while trying to update the user’s password in WordPress dashboard. Test emails aren’t working either.

    Hello @kitmit48,

Would you please check if you are using the latest version of Fluent SMTP? If not, kindly update the plugin to the latest version and hopefully, the issue will be resolved.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you

The plugin is updated(Version 2.2.0 ). The error still persists. It causes a fatal error. It definitely has something to do with Gmail API. It used to work before. the error started showing up yesterday.

    Hello @kitmit48,

Would you please try a different email sending service and check if the issue got resolved? We did not get any such reports from our clients, also we are using gmail on our test environment but we did not get this error. It seems like it’s a site-specific issue, we need to investigate further.

To debug more, you can temporarily deactivate all the plugins and check if the issue is resolved. If this resolves the issue, you can reactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is conflicting.

    Let me know the update.
    Thank you
