Age Gate 3.0 Doesn’t Restrict Products under a Category

    In the previous version of Age Gate, products that have been associated to an age-restricted category would bring up the Age Gate form. However, this new version no longer triggers the verification when visiting a product page that has an associated age-restricted category. Can this feature be added back?

    Hi @fidyyuan,

    That should still work, the term selection is more granular now though so if you go to the Age Gate -> Content settings check to see if your restricted one is checked. It should have done it automatically in the update if you previously had product categories selected, but perhaps it didn’t.

    This has flagged a minor issue in the backend too though, which is one for me to fix.

    Do let me know if that was unchecked and if checking it fixes the issue.

    @philsbury Excellent, didn’t realize the settings are more granular now. This works perfectly! Seems everything is working as intended then.
