You are using the theme Automotive which also supports displaying cars on the site and it might cause a conflicting issue with the plugin. Please try to switch to the standard theme of WordPress (Twenty TwentyTwo) or CarListings (which fully supports the Auto Listings plugin) and recheck this issue.
