Plugin is causing a critical error

Also, we don’t see our plugin’s error in the image you submitted. Can you tell us more details?

Click on the website link above and it shows the error here it is again: The page I need help with: https://wisechoicegaragedoor.com/contact-us-copy. What other details do you need? I try and duplicate a page and when I try to access the duplicated page I get the critical error.

I had to uninstall and use another plugin since it was causing the issue. But thanks for getting back to me.
