Contact form not working

Hello,
I’m using your plugin on my website. when someone clicks any field like address this is redirected to the privacy policy page on the mobile version this form is working properly on the desktop version instead of mobile I’m unable to click any fields on the mobile version. kindly please resolve this issue asap. for a better understanding please find the screenshot and website URL below:

I have deactivated all the plugins and changed the theme still showing the same issue.
I’m using 2 different forms on this page mobile and desktop versions this form is working fine on the desktop version but the mobile version is redirecting to the privacy page.
