Javascript error when pressing Accept

    My client noticed that since updating from version 4.8.9 clicking the except button produces the following JS error:

    main.js?ver=4.8.12:1 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to construct ‘URL’: Invalid URL
    at c (main.js?ver=4.8.12:1:26508)
    at d (main.js?ver=4.8.12:1:25523)
    at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (main.js?ver=4.8.12:2:23976)
    at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:43064)
    at v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:41048)

    Any help would be appreciated as we’re currently having to stick with version 4.8.9
