Comments stacking up with not enough space seperating them

Hello! I am using theme Technified. And I’ve got a problem. When there is a short comment in some post, the next comment’s author’s name gets in the way of the previous comment. This doesn’t happend when the previous comment is at least two lines long.

I already asked the theme’s author another question but didn’t get an answer so now I am asking for help from here. What kind of code could I add into the theme’s files (or WordPress’ files) so that even short comments would be properly seperated from the previous comments?
