Hi,

the shipping method that you have may be conditional shipping method that only show when the product are in cart

so that’s why on the product page you are getting a shipping method (as when you check on product page it get the shipping method with the product in the cart)

where as the popup directly get the shipping method without the product in the cart

In both cases the quote is taken (and displayed) on the product page as you can see in the images attached above. And the cart is empty

Indeed it is as it suggests: the popup DOES NOT QUOTE as there is nothing in the cart. The button yes (although there is nothing either)

I did the test putting the product in the cart and both quoted (although with a difference in prices)

What possible solution could I execute?

This is the possible solution you can consider

1) user the popup for getting the user address only (this way it will not show message if you deliver to their location or not)

Go to popup tab > Working of popup => set its value as “Use for getting location”
