Never received my 6 digit code or my confirmation email

    Hi,

    I recently tried to register for a WeMail account, but never received my confirmation email. I can’t proceed until I get that and enter the 6 digit code.

    I tried this several times. Used a few different email addresses.
    Hit the ‘resend’ button.
    Nothing!

    How long does it usually take to get that confirmation email?
    Minutes? Hours? Or days?

    Thanks for sharing your issue.

    Recently, we have been facing the no-verification email problem and it has been sorted out later. The email is arriving as usual. However, if you still don’t receive the email then you can contact your hosting provider to ensure if any firewall is blocking email from weMail or not.

    I also cannot get my verification email. I am using a Google workspace account. I also tried it with other accounts. Didn’t work. Is the email being sent from your servers or from the website SMTP server?
