    Last week I installed a “WPC Frequently Bought Together” plugin for my products. All was okay when I was not discounting the products when they were bundled.

    I then did a bundle discount with this plugin, and the next day no reviews were syncing and they were giving me errors (I also had another plugin break at the same time, which also has not been able to un break). I have since deleted the plugin, and the reviews are still not syncing so something happened to cause this. They are sitting there in the cusrev dashboard when I login directly to cusrev, but they are getting a timeout error:

    “error”: “Error: timeout of 25000ms exceeded”,

    I have opened a ticket but it is taking a while. I love your service, and I don’t want to leave it, but if the reviews cannot sync and something is broken then I need to move on.

    I did notice, that some of the prices of the products that got reduced by a percentage, they had 3 decimal points for the cents (for example $10.937), I noticed this in my 3rd party shipping service, it was not showing in the woocommerce order page, unless I set the order the “hold” and I went to edit the product entry price, when I did that, it should the 3rd decimal.

    Now, I hope this is enough information to get some assistance.

    Any help?

    This error could happen when a website is offline or when a hosting provider blocks incoming connections to the website. Based on our experience, it usually happens when a hosting provider blocks requests from the review forms. To resolve this error, please reach out to the support team of your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the following IP address: 18.210.171.51.

    I already asked my host about the IP, it is not being blocked.

    If I deleted the app off WordPress, and reinstalled, would that essentially start the review syncing from the current order? Should I use a new email to do this?

    I believe some orders I had are buggy due to a “bundle” plug-in as explained previous.

    Thanks for your additional information.

    If you re-install WordPress core on your site, please keep the same product and order IDs to repost reviews from the CusRev dashboard to your site.

    I don’t think the issue relates to the bundle product, you can simply try to create a new order with a simple product, send a review reminder and submit a review via the review form and recheck this issue.

    If the issue with REST API is resolved, please login to the CusRev dashboard and repost reviews to your site. Let me know how it goes.

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
