message “FILE TPL NOT FOUND: page-boot-error”

    I am trying to migrate a site and get this message when trying to access “mysiteURL.com/installer.php” :

    “FILE TPL NOT FOUND: page-boot-error” or “FILE TPL NOT FOUND: page-security-error”

    I can see a “dup-installer” folder getting created but it gets stuck to this message on the page…

    Any help would be much appreciated

    Thanks for the feedback! It’s possible the package file may have not been built correctly or there was a permissions issue with trying to convert it. You might try to create another package file and try the process again or try the existing archive file on a different server to validate that its related to a server permissions issue.
