Cant Get Ads To Show

Hello,

the plugin only inserts ad codes, it does not display ads:

So we can only check if the blocks are properly inserted.
However, remote debugging doesn’t seem to be enabled:

I just tried and inserting an image works. So must be something code related?

Apologies, I had debugging off.

Remote debugging is now enabled so we can check your site and plugin settings.

The blocks are inserted as configured and block 1 and 3 display ads.

However. there is a javascript error on the pages:

Error : adType is not defined
render @ onejs?MarketPlace=US&adInstanceId=7767a4f5-ca75-43ce-b18f-9f4473c812f6:1
(anonymous) @ onejs?MarketPlace=US

It seems it is caused by the amazon ad script:

Is seems this is the reason for not showing other ads (block 2).

I reloaded the page and also block 2 shows ads normally.

Thanks, I only see block 3. The rest are blank. I checked ad blocker but that doesnt seem to be an issue. Il keep going checking different brwsers and ad locker settings?

Check the console in the browser for any errors.
Try to check also in another browser.

I can confirm the blocks with ad codes are properly inserted.

Thanks for the assist. Ive tried Opera, Chrme, Firefox and edge and neither displays ads.Ive even tried on my tablet and phone, nothing.

Tried in Chrome and Firefox and both showed ads normally – see the screenshots above.

I just dont see why me looking to solve a problem can come up with anything or even have a clue where to look when that problem doesnt exist on your end.

When is an issue really an issue? Apparantly, when its not an issue? WTF?

Il do a bit of reading but your docummentsation is extensive. I suppose thats a good thing but to be honest. I dont care much for learning programming and digging for solutions, life is too short unless you know what yur doing. lol.

The issue you have has nothing to do with Ad Inserter – the codes are inserted as configured.

For Amazon ads:
Either there is a problem with the ad codes in some circumstances, or there are javascript errors on the page that prevent showing ads or the ad network (Amazon) for some reason does not serve ads to you.

I assume you are not using any ad blocker (standalone or in the browser).
