    With your plugin I created a special link for login

    chalcio.com/entra

    I do NOT want dual authentication, but I can no longer log in unless I disable the plugin.

    I have removed all the dual authentication settings.

    After I enter the data this error comes up:

    {“jsonstarter”: “justhere”, “status”:false}

    Can you please let me know?

    Thank you

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I just upgraded to 5.02 just now but it still doesn’t work.

    I have now deactivated your plugin

    Now I tested again, updated the plugin and deleted the “login” page.

    I created a login page with the same name and it works.

    But the error is always there if I reactivate the link function other than wordpress ones.

    I am very very sorry for the inconvenience.

    It looks like the third-party login-related active plugin conflicts with the AIOS 2FA feature. We are working on it and release it as AIOS 5.0.3 in the next few hours.

    May I know which other plugins are activated on your WordPress site? I shall wait for your reply.

    Thanks a lot for reporting the issue. We really appreciate you for it.

    Thank you.
