When the website updated to the latest version (was on 6.0.1) the admin bar where it displays edit page, customise, edit frontpage, theme options has moved to the bottom of the pages.
On the side bar where it list plugins, settings etc the header moves down so it is next to the side bar.

We have got multiple sites all the rest are fine the only difference is the themes and if it has WooCommerce plugins installed. This particular site doesn’t have WooCommerce installed.
Any ideas what has caused it.

  • Which theme does it have installed?

Currently custom child V4 by coding creed.
Did try twenty twenty and Twenty Twenty-Two to check if it was theme related, but got same result.
My thoughts is something in the wordpress core files.

Did you deactivate all third party plugins?

I updated my site to 6.0.2 BUT NO SUCH ISSUES.

SO, I guess the issue you experience is like site-specific.

Please review WordPress 6.0 Master List and attempt troubleshooting steps outlined therein.

I found what has caused it it was the Wordfence Security although this plugin is installed on the other sites that I managed and didn’t have any problems.

Turns out it was the Hide WordPress version on Wordfence Security that made it display like it did.
