    Hello, customers’ orders seem to be canceled, pending, etc. Can I see in more detail what actually happened to these uncompleted orders?

    for example: an order appears as “cancelled” on the woocommerce order detail page. I want to know what actually happened in the background. Did the customer close the page and leave? Is the credit card insufficient? etc…

    Hey there!

    The main source of info for this will be the order notes that your payment method will leave in the right hand sidebar of the order admin page.

    If there are not any order notes (or not a lot of info there), then your payment method likely isn’t sending enough info there for you to know what’s going on.
