    Hello,

    We’ve emailed you this support request as explained by you in a previous post.

    However, no one replied so we are posting this here as well:

    The test fails showing this error :

    {“error”:”invalid_client”,”error_description”:”The client id supplied is invalid”}`

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    As you can see in the error description mentioning the ‘invalid_client’, can you please confirm if you have configured the same Client ID as well as Client secret from your SSO application into the plugin?

    Also, our representative has already reached out to you via email. Please confirm if you have received our email.

    Yes we have. We had also sent you the screenshots showing client ID and the rest is same.
