Page is getting disturb after popup event is fired…

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your popups.

When you say the pages are getting disturbed, do you mean the content is being shifted? If yes, that happens because Popup Maker is preventing double scrollbars from appearing when a popup is opened. However, some themes will still see double scrollbars and “attempt” to make room for it.

Lastly, you mentioned popups are not working on some pages. Do you mind sharing the link to your website where we can check?

The popup ‘homepage-main-banner-form’ doesn’t display when we select the ‘get start’ button on the home page.

We noticed multiple popup are initializing when we checked the browser console. Could you start adding targeting rules to limit the popup to only where it is actually needed?

Could you try the following after adding the targeting rules on each popup?

– Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
– Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.
