• I have had UpStream for 2 years. 4 weeks ago, they issued an update that completely broke my site. I have emailed support no less than 6 times for a fix. I received 2 automated responses, and one actual response with a new set of update files which…you guessed it, broke my site. I expect better and more prompt service from a paid plugin, especially since they update was issued the week prior to my renewal.

    I was forced to renew to try and get assistance, and basically threw my money away.
    If I could give them zero stars I would.

  • Thanks for this. I was thinking of trying this plugin out but support is really important for me, esp since it’s project management software and clients will be on the other end of it. Will use Monday instead
