Automatic follow up

  • Hi,

    I have installed the salon booking plugin.

    However, automatic follow up emails doesn’t work. I have asked many clients and non of them have received any emails after their appointments.

    What i can do?

    can you verify if your mail is in right place because mine is in spam so i make a SMTP forward with post smtp

    Sorry i don’t understand what do you mean.

    The clients don’t receive any emails, not spam. They just receive a booking confirmation.
