    Waiting for my client to reconnect. Having said that and until then, why wouldn’t it work the first time he connected it?

    Still having the same issue. I have reconnected their Facebook account to their page but it still shows “There are no reviews on your Facebook platform”, even though their business page has 170 reviews. ???

    Message after connection shows “There are no reviews on your Facebook platform.”

    Scratch all, I figured it out! The client manages two FB pages and the first one does not have any reviews, but the plugin stopped there and didn’t show the second page reviews. I turned off the first page in the plugin settings and that did the trick. Thank you anyways.
