    Hello,
Those a re our main plugins installed: wordpress, elementor 3.7.2 , elementor pro Version 3.7.1, woocommerce, WPML, Avada Builder theme, JetEngine, JetProductGallery For Elementor.

Today we have installed Essential Addons plugin but after installed and activated all the widget, wasn’t possible to add any widget to any page and also making any changes to a webpage.

We have decided to deactivate and delete Essential Addons plugin. After that we noted that was not possible to edit with elementor, for example a new post page or edit a new webpage due to the following error: “The content area has not been found on your page”?

We have followed the instruction on ho to fix that problem without success.

We would love to solve that problem and use Essential Addons plugin not having any issues.

Kindly let us not how to fix all the issues.

    Thank you

  • Hello @lamacoppaleaf,

I hope you are doing well.

If you are facing this issue while using the custom template called ‘myCustomTemplate’ then look for the PHP file of it.

You can insert a line of code in your custom page template by navigating to WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Editor.

Then under the Theme you are using, you will find the location of the template file you are currently using.

This should be named something like this ‘myCustomTemplate.php’. Then simply just add the following line of code inside the PHP file:

    <?php the_content(); ?>

Simply just paste ‘the_content’ function code and update it.

Also, it could happen for some other reasons. Please check this article to learn more about this issue.

I hope this issue will be solved. Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you

    Hello @lamacoppaleaf,

According to WordPress ORG rules, Sharing website access in the forum is not allowed.

But you can also try another way to fix this. Go to WordPress Dashboard -> Pages -> Click on Edit (The page you need to edit, not edit with elementor) -> Template -> Elementor Full Width -> Edit with Elementor. Please check this screencast here – https://d.pr/v/5Ec6Lh

I hope you will be able to fix this issue by following this. For further assistance, you can contact here.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

    Dear kaswar,
thank you for your assistance. All our post are under default template, so if we change to elementor full widh this affect the default template so we are not able to post a template created with the specific template.

We are also unable to create a new webpage using elementor

Not able to make the suggested changes shared.

Sharing website access in the forum is not allowed: we understand and agree.

We would love to be contacted by your developer team by email in order to solve the issue. So we can give the access to our website for solving that problem.

Also because we would like to add elementor addon pluging.

    Thank you
