Google Shopping Feed doesn’t load

Hello,
after first successful tests with the free version we bought the pro Version of your plugin.
Sadly the Feed isn’t working correctly. When we want to publish a feed and it starts calculating the products, nothing happens. No Feedfile gets generated at all.
In the logs I got the following error:
