Required fields doesnt work

You can see, there is just one reuqired text field. When you fill it, it display error.

We are unable to see the screenshot, could you please put on Google Drive or Dropbox then send it to us again please?
Also it would be helpful if you send us the form URL to check.

A quick page debug shows that you are using many fields with the same name.

There was on second page required field with same name.

Please do not use the same name.
If the first field is [text* test-field], the second can be [text* test-field-1]
