    Hello there. I am new to website building, and recently purchased Otter Pro in order to experiment with block customization of products (I have ten test products on my website I am working on). I enabled the WooCommerce Builder on one of my products, and after running into some initial problems, I disabled it again on the right side-bar, thinking the option to re-enable the functionality would reappear. But this is not the case, neither with the product in question nor with any others. I tried deactivating/reactivating Otter and Otter Pro plugins, with no success. Any help would be appreciated!     Hey @tashgeo,

    Thank you for choosing Otter and reaching out.

    I tried to replicate this issue on a clean instance with otter’s pro version as well as free and on both, Woocommerce builder seems to work fine for me. So this issue might be occurring due to plugin conflict at your end, please deactivate all plugins and enable the otter plugin and check if the issue persists. If it doesn’t occur anymore then try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugins. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

    If that didn’t work either, I see that you mentioned using the PRO version, in that case, I would kindly ask you to contact us directly here https://store.themeisle.com/contact/. This way we’ll be able to respond quickly and also get more insight into why this issue might be occurring.

    Hello there! Sorry I didn’t get back to you earlier, and thank you for your reply. I tried deactivating all plugins, then activating Otter and Otter Pro, but it did not resolve the problem.
