Any Plans to Fix/Update this plugin?

Hi,
I’m getting ready to launch a research site and I have this plugin installed but I just noticed that not only has it been 3 years since it has been updated, it has also been taken down from www.remarpro.com since January for guideline violations. Should I be concerned? Are there any plans to fix these issues?
