    Hi,

I upgraded to Pro so that we could have more than one petition and now the original petition we had is gone from the list of petitions but it still shows up using the code [emailpetition id=”1″] even though I tried to add a new plugin which took id=1

So now our original petition is gone from the list and any new ones I add don’t show up on webpages so its in some sort of limbo

We would like to keep the original petition as well as being able to add new ones, hence why we upgraded to Pro, but Pro has instead broke the plugin for some reason.

    Thanks

Actually, I can find the older petitions from a different part of the site but I still can’t add any new or edit the ones that are there. No changes are being saved

Thanks for upgrading. Can you first make a backup of your site. Then deactivate the plugin (but do not uninstall) and then reactivate it and see if that solves this.

There were rare cases where the signatures didn’t show and this fixed it, but this is the first time I have heard of the petitions it displaying.

Please let me know how you go.

    Hi,

I’ve updated to the new version but it still doesn’t work.
I’ve also tried to downgrade to the Free version but still having the same error. I can get to the plugin but no changes are shown regardless of what I do.

    Thanks

I downloaded plugin, installed it. Upgrade to pro version I no longer can see anything of the dash board menu options. I have deactivated and re-activated; uninstalled, reinstalled verifying available options with basic install, upgrading to pro and loosing total functionality…

    I’m using PHP 7.4 and WP 6.0.2

There are no other plugins installed.

@iwebbit can you please create a new support item about this. Otherwise our back and forth will go to the other people in the original post
